Preserved Vandalism - Easy Side Gallery

Whether you'd like to sip on a cold Berliner as you stroll along the historically significant Berlin wall, or to breath in the fresh winter air as you see some of the most appreciated graffiti art in Western Europe, the East Side Gallery is the place to be.

An open air gallery, possibly on of the longest in the world, the East Side Gallery is located along one of the last remaining sections of the wall, next to the River Spree, southeast of Alexanderplatz. At just over 1km long, you can expect a leisurely stroll to take about an hour, and even longer if you decide to check one of the souvenir shops located next to the artwork.

Definitely a must see for any visit to Berlin, and with no cost to view (public gallery) there's no reason not to!
